Cancelling or postponing appointments

Out of respect for mutual commitment to be present at the appointment, in the event that an appointment should be postponed or canceled, you are asked to notify by telephone at (514) 990-2699 at least 48 working hours before time and date (Sundays are non-working days. A 72 hours delay is asked for Monday appointments).

If this time frame is not respected, the customer agrees to pay the entire cost of the appointment, within 48 hours of the canceled or postponed appointment.

Being late for an appointment

If there is a delay of more than 20 minutes without having warned the therapist by phone at 514-990-2699, it is the therapist’s discretion to wait for the client or to leave the office after 20 minutes of being late. The costs of the appointment will also be charged in full if applicable.

How to register for a workshop or training session

  • To facilitate the room booking and confirmation of the completion of an activity, we ask you to send registration and payment at least one week before the start date of the activity unless advised differently.
  • Payment can be processed online by Paypal, by check through postal mail or in cash in person.
  • Please postdate the check to the day of the activity and label it in the name of “N. Pascal Paquette” and send it to the following address: N. Pascal Paquette, 251-A Boul. Ste-Rose, Laval, Qc, H7L 1E8
  • Please write a check by activity and specify to the back of the check the name of the person or persons who register for the activity, the name and date of the activity as well as your phone number for easy process of your registration.
  • Should you have to cancel your participation in an activity, please do so no later than one week before the date of the activity.
